Kate Finlayson
Kate Finlayson is the creator of “Dancing the Enneagram” Playshops, UnDance classes, and co-author of the Dancing the Enneagram
PlayBook. She has been a professional actor and acting teacher, an environmental educator and bird guide, and a Nia Movement teacher /trainer. During the 18 years she taught Nia she led numerous classes, dance jams, playshops, and dancing trips to Nicaragua, Greece and Brazil. She also trained and mentored many Nia teachers through the years.
Kate studied 6 years at the Enneagram Institute with Russ Hudson and in Andrea Isaac’s Enneamotion. Since 2017, she has joyfully shared her Dancing the Enneagram playshops all over the US and South Africa. She was featured in the 2020 Enneagram Global Summit, was an online presenter for the IEA Global Conference in 2021, and keynote presenter for the Institute for Conscious Being in Anniston, Alabama in 2022. She is grateful to her husband, Chris for introducing her to the Enneagram and bringing her to the beautiful nature of North Carolina.
