WHAT IS UnDance?

UnDancing is the process of Untangling, Undoing, and Unwinding from so many stressful things in life. 


Often, the idea of dancing is intimidating. To avoid it, people will say,  “I can’t dance,” "I have two left feet," or “I love to dance but I am not very good at it.” But this is untrue. Everybody can UnDance!


The unique way you move your body is a part of your self expression. There's no wrong or bad. To express yourself in motion in a way that gives you joy helps you let go of negativity. In turn, you have attained a sense of self courage and embodied strength. This is UnDancing!


UnDancing unblocks you. The specific steps you take are yours to take in your way. You don’t have to count, look at your feet, or get the order right. It’s about the music, breathing into presence, moving your bones and muscles, sensing your body, feeling your feelings, and blossoming forth in joy. Life is just too darn short to not experience the glory and gratitude of releasing and tapping into your authenticity!
